First of all, I was following the Blood Type diet (by Dr. > D'Adamo) before, and dairy, along with certain foods such as cucumber > and coconut oil, is a complete " avoid " food for my O blood type. > Nina @@@@@@@@@ If you mean the NT/WAPF food philosophy, then the scare-quotes are well-deserved; it's not a diet in any meaningful sense of the word. Just eat time-tested wholesome foods from quality sources using time- tested methods of processing... While milk is prominent in WAPF circles, and it's a wonderful food for those who have the appropriate physiology, in no sense does following NT entail milk consumption in any form... There are plenty of people on this list who can't consume milk foods... There are million other things to eat that offer everything anyone would ever need... With NT you're not going to get a bunch of rules to follow; it's a broad, maximally inclusive food worldview consistent in principle with the diet of any traditional healthy culture.
