I read it on this board. I confess to being susceptible to blindly accepting

what I read here - not a good habit. But ah well, it generally guides me in the

right direction. Why would it inhibit absorption of zinc? Which then makes me

wonder why does dairy inhibit iron absorption? Anyone got more info?
