I personally think the BTD is nonsense (sorry, but I do), but even if it's true, and I'm all wet, then there can still be individuals who vary from the " norm. " I personally do best on the type of diet he recommends for a Type O, and I have AB+. Many of the foods he says are " problems " for my blood type, I do great on, and some he says are good for me, cause me all kinds of problems. I've never had any sort of " aha! " experience reading about the blood type diet, the way I have with other theories, even ones I've ultimately chosen not to adopt.
