Use the books and theory as hints about things to try, but let your

personal experience be the judge.

If " this new philosophy " refers to NT, there is nothing in NT that

says everyone should consume milk foods!

If you want to experiment with dairy, try the following in the

following order. If you have a negative reaction at any point, stop

going down the list. If you feel the negative reaction is minor

(loose bowels, etc), it might just be your intestinal microflora

adapting, so give it a few weeks of small quantities on a regular

basis before giving up. If the first one is a problem, then forget

dairy altogether and enjoy other foods like so many millions of

people have done their entire lives.

1. raw caprine kefir

2. raw bovine kefir

3. pasteurized caprine kefir

4. pasteurized bovine kefir

5. raw, unfermented caprine milk

6. raw, unfermented bovine milk

7. pasteurized caprine milk

8. pasteurized bovine milk

(Needless to say, the pasteurized stuff should only be for

experimental learning purposes, never a regular item of consumption.

To keep things as scientific as possible, you can self-pasteurize by

boiling for a while, using the same high-quality grass-fed, organic

milk you used in the previous cases. To be clear, in the kefir

cases, the pasteurization would be done before kefiring, not after.)
