Guest guest
Despite my strict adherence and almost religious devotion (well, maybe not quite) to the BTD, I've questioned it a few times too. Kiwi, cucumbers, oranges, even vinegar are avoids for Os, and we're generally advised to keep the grains down, but since Os make up almost half of America and pretty much the whole of China/Asia and obesity is almost unknown there (with the exception of people who are switching to the SAD diet)... the evidence doesn't make sense. Wheat is also an avoid for every single type except ABs, I think, yet the Italians and the French seem to be doing just fine with their fettucine alfredo and baguettes... And from personal experience, my grandfather is type A and is doing very well despite his very anti-A diet of red meat. But I guess I don't need to convince anybody but myself that this diet is bull... it'll be a long road to recovery for me. Nina
