Organic and fresh-squeezed would be the way to go.

Thanks . yes perhaps I should go back on the HCl. I stopped when my health

got better but perhaps it will help with iron absorption.

How would one look into enzymes? As for intestinal health, I'm guessing wind or

lack of is a good indicator as well as health and regularity of bowel movements.

I'm doing pretty well in this regard so that just leaves enzymes. So is there a

way of checking or does one just supplement?
