Guest guest
I know, but the thing is, it's hard for me to get any kind of fermented food other than kefir and yogurt. I'm currently trying to find kimchi at my local Korean store, but I'm worried that it'll have MSG or won't be traditionally made. Also, I'm not even allergic to milk; I only get a rumbly stomach and the urge to go to the bathroom about 10 minutes after drinking a glass, and I don't think I've ever had reactions to yogurt or cheese (although it backs me up). And... I love dairy products! While I was on the BTD I was sooo miserable that I couldn't even have some YOGURT with fruit such as oranges or melons (again, more avoid foods...). When I was in China in a province called Xinjiang, which is famous for their goat products and hami melon (similar to honeydew), I had the most wonderful sour milk... I don't know if it was goat milk kefir or what, but it was just so delicious. It would be so wonderful if I could have dairy again, but I'm just so paranoid from the " supposedly " well-backed up theory and research that Dr. D'Adamo made... I would be so relieved if someone could ease my qualms about this new philosophy! Nina
