Hello listmatesWe really need somebody or a couple of/few people to do some researchinto likely magazines/publicati ons for us to send our many and variouspress releases to ref the March conference. We have a core list ofabout 40 of them and already have all the daily newspapers but we'resure there are other monthly and weekly publications along the linesof health, autism, auto immune, social services, teaching, medicine, nutrition - that might be interested in helping us promote theconference and also websites that we haven't yet reached. Monthlymagazines really need their press releases by the end of next week. Can you help? Everyone at TA works on a voluntary basis (often also working fulltime or having full time care responsibilities for someone withautism) - and frankly, although firing on all cylinders plus some,we're spread a little thin at this precise moment. So if you can

giveus a couple of hours of your time - we'd be able to get the messageout far and wide. It is so important that this conference is full. Sales are pretty good so far but we need to ensure that everybodyaffected by autism knows that treating autism is possible. It's a bigtask. Either post here or email me off list. Many, many thanksSteph xxx

Hello listmates

We really need somebody or a couple of/few people to do some research

into likely magazines/publicati ons for us to send our many and various

press releases to ref the March conference. We have a core list of

about 40 of them and already have all the daily newspapers but we're

sure there are other monthly and weekly publications along the lines

of health, autism, auto immune, social services, teaching, medicine,

nutrition - that might be interested in helping us promote the

conference and also websites that we haven't yet reached. Monthly

magazines really need their press releases by the end of next week.

Can you help?

Everyone at TA works on a voluntary basis (often also working full

time or having full time care responsibilities for someone with

autism) - and frankly, although firing on all cylinders plus some,

we're spread a little thin at this precise moment. So if you can give

us a couple of hours of your time - we'd be able to get the message

out far and wide. It is so important that this conference is full.

Sales are pretty good so far but we need to ensure that everybody

affected by autism knows that treating autism is possible. It's a big

task.

Either post here or email me off list.

Many, many thanks

Well,

we need people to get us email addresses for monthly publications that

might be interested in featuring our press release.

we also need someone to take on European marketing - we have

translations of the info into French, Italian, German, Turkish, still

waiting on Dutch I think, etc and we were able to get that info out

onto various lists thanks to help from here, but now it needs

revisiting and the new line up sent out far and wide

and we need people to get our fliers into likely outlets - schools,

health centres, write to their GP or paed including a leaflet

we're managing to get TA onto many and various links across the

nutritional world in particular thanks to Jane Georgiou but just more

good places to email the info to, good tips, would be welcome.

we still need good new links for our website (i.e. to go in the links

section, we have a good selection but possibly missing really current

links that you might use regularly)

and then nearer the conference time we need lots of volunteers to help

with practical stuff, but for now it's predominantly marketing :-)
