Guest guest
<<But for other purposes - eg energy boost - raw is much better. How much better?>> Good question. I was under the impression that raw liver is better for energy than cooked. Don't know by how much though. Anyone got any facts on this? The rat experiment talked about liver powder so that doesn't indicate raw or cooked. <<<What I'm thinking is, if 25gm is the most anyone can force down of raw liver, but 100gm cooked can be eaten with enjoyment, would they give similar results?>> That depends if you really enjoy cooked liver or not! For me, neither are pleasurable! At least raw is fairly tasteless. Cooking really seems to bring out that " liver " taste! Filippa
