Good question. I was under the impression that raw liver is better for energy

than cooked. Don't know by how much though. Anyone got any facts on this? The

rat experiment talked about liver powder so that doesn't indicate raw or cooked.

That depends if you really enjoy cooked liver or not! For me, neither are

pleasurable! At least raw is fairly tasteless. Cooking really seems to bring

out that " liver " taste!
