BTW ... I posted a " white bread " recipe last week or so ago. Today

I made it again, with 3 egg whites instead of 1, and poured it into a

greased pizza pan. It made a GREAT pizza shell, voted " best ever "

by the family. I baked it, then topped it with lots of good

stuff. It was chewy and bready, just like the wheat version.

Froze most of it for snacks.
