The first I made according to your recipe with unsweetened cocoa. Yum!! I made a second batch to see if I could us a pinch of stevia as a sweetener for an even lower carb snack for the undereating phase of the WD. It was pretty tasty. Then, I made a batch with unsweetened cocoa and mint for a chocolate-mint treat. Then I made a final batch with unsweetened cocoa and some chopped dried cherries. Yum!! Now we have a fridge full of coconut goodness. These might make a good pre- workout snack for aerobic exercise.
