Guest guest
Hi, ! I would read the Dosing, Mixing and Metals/Chelation files to get started. There are so many, you could browse through to find information and many topics. I believe has another file on what to expect at first, also. I would start one enzyme at a time. Some find starting with Zyme Prime first helps the transition. Some believe doing enzymes before chelating is better, but it is up to you if you want to put off the chelating for awhile. If you have any problems at all, please post. Even if these enzymes don't help, there are lots of other options discussed on this board (other enzymes and therapies). > Hi, I just found you all!! Guest guest
> I am not sure if I am doing this right first time computer user > Iam 38 year old women with a double curve like an s I had a plaster > brace on at 12 years of age Wanting to hear from other adults > considering operation stttaceydeakin Hi , I think you are in the right place. This group has many members who been through surgery as well as many who are considering that option. This is a very supportive place and people are always willing to help with advice and recommendations (or just to listen). I am also 38 with a double curve and considering surgery. I wore a Milwaukee brace for 5 years (ages 16-21) but last year my curve was determined to be progressing. I have an appointment with my orthopedist this afternoon. If he is still recommending surgery I am planning to get a second opinion but will probably have the surgery in November '03 or January '04. Welcome to the group. I would like to know how to have a pregnancy according to how Weston Price would teach any links or insights would be helpful thanks >> Hi ! First of all, BIG congrats on your pregnancy! Here are some links on the Weston Price website that may be helpful to you: http://www.westonaprice.org/children/dietformothers.html http://www.westonaprice.org/women/great_pains.html http://www.westonaprice.org/children/children.html Unrelated to diet but I feel very related to Weston Price is Jeanne Liedloff's The Continuum Concept. http://www.continuum-concept.org/ There is an email listgroup for this - a bunch of wonderful/experienced parents, many of whom are also into Weston Price. Then there is also the " Elimination Communication " group - also related to Continuum Concept. Other nutrition groups besides this one: discussingnt nativefamilynutrition another weston price related website: http://www.rejoiceinlife.com/ Hope all this helps! Happy pregnancy, Filippa
