This gives another angle to the ecological argument for WAPF eating

and fighting the culture of industrialized food production. As a sea

green lover, it makes my blood boil.

Also, much useful info about sea greens contained herein.

This brief comment caught my eye in connection with our pet list-

topic of intestinal microflora:

" Regular consumption of sea vegetables in the diet encourages

resident intestinal microflora to develop sea vegetable digestive

enzymes; most of us can so adapt in 4-6 weeks. "
