aiee, i shouldn't have said that! i was just gleeful and it spilled over.

damned exuberance!

but since you're all asking, WFN is evangelically christian. and please

let's NOT start another christianity debate! just i believe my money speaks

for me, and that's not something i care to support with my dollars. i won't

spite my good health -- when they were the only source i knew for the best

coconut oil, then i grit my teeth and bear it, but i'd prefer to support

other things with my dollars. like fair trade! and living wages! and

organic farmers! and sustainable agriculture! and your friendly local CSA -

oh, wait - that's me! :P

speaking of supporting things, we are having really surprising and strong

success in the anti-gmo legislation battles here in vermont. yay us! if

anyone's interested in hearing about it, holler.

Not to start a debate either, but are you sure? I know Tropical

Traditions is -- when I was on their list I got censored becaused

I used the " E " word -- I don't really care what a company's religion

is but I don't like moderated lists to begin with, and I REALLY

don't like moderated lists that censor based on stuff that is only

tangentially religious.

I know most words I'm not supposed to say, but I can't figure this

one out, and I even spent a lot of time in a southern baptist church

as a kid. What's the " E " word?

Betsy (who's not starting a debate)

Heck, I don''t practice any religion but if a company sells a high quality

product I like , I'll buy it (as long as they're not murdering people etc..).

Are you sitting down?

Seriously, brace yourself.

It's a scary word.

Are you sure you're ready?

OK, here goes...

" Evolution " .

Ah...thanks, I just couldn't think of an " E " word. I kept thinking

of other possible trigger words and all I could come up with was " A "

words, atheist, abortion, agnostic, alcohol...

Don't buy their products then. And, if you don't like something

that someone says in their post, whether religious or not, use your

delete button.

I haven't noticed anything either. I have various products from WFN

(coconut oil, shredded coconut) and TT (coconut oil, palm oil, soap,

moisturizer) and none of my labels have anything on them other than

product info. Maybe I haven't looked close enough at their website,

but I've never noticed anything religious before. It certainly

wouldn't stop me from buying their products, though.
