I'm making the recipe today. Looks great although I'll just use chopped

crispy almonds. My older daughters are sure to love this for a snack when they

get

home from school.

aiee! 5tbs of honey! that's *quite* the sweet tooth you've had there, suze!

LOL! Yeh, actually I think I'm going to cut back on the honey the next time,

now that you mention it. But I know 1 teaspoon wouldn't cut it for me. I'll

probably try 4 Tbsp. then guage it from there. I could only eat one ball

because of the sweetness, but I want to eat more at one sitting. So I'll

experiment till I get it a little less sweet.

I've been making a similar " candy " and really enjoy it, tho I sometimes use

stevia instead of honey. But the flavor isn't as good without honey.

The other day I didn't have any made up and was hungry for *something,*

wasn't sure what, so I mixed a spoonful of CO with a spoonful of peanut

butter and a bit of raw honey, and it was really good ... plus it also

satisfied my hankering for *something.* <g>
