Del,

I have heard there are some dangers of toxicity when taking flax oil and cod

liver oil at the same time. Know anything about this?

I have been working on finding answers to that question myself. What I

have found out makes me no longer want to take CLO because I am

reading that a person could easily take too much or too little. I am

reading that you must have your Vitamin D level checked often to make

sure you are not taking to much or too little. Correct me if I am

wrong, but if a person does get too much it is a bear to correct! SO

what I am doing is getting my Vitamin D from the sun! You cannot

overdose! I am ordering a sun lamp to use on the days I cannot get

outside. There is not that much EFA in CLO anyway. Flax oil has the

most EFA is what I am reading! This is just from my experience and

reading. There is much info available about this when you goggle " flax

oil and sunshine "
