Thinking food and health issues would be good together for original list. Your suggestion covers the environmental quality control that make food and health. Heidi has the politics list nt_politics. Still will be crossovers, better for definition and easier on those overwhelmed with mail. Can do more moderator help too if needed to ease up member's and your load.
