Guest guest
These are some of my favorite foods. Can someone give me ideas how to enjoy them grain-free?: *fried eggs on bread that is soaked in raw butter *mexican burrito *sandwiches for meals on the go *crackers *thai peanut sauce over noodles Thanks. The breakfast one is vexing me the most. By the way, i don't like white potatoes. Elaine
Guest guest
What do you mean by " grain free " ? Is rice ok? >*fried eggs on bread that is soaked in raw butter Make (or buy) grain-free bread. It does exist, you can get it with just tapioca (Chebe bread, for instance). >*mexican burrito Make (or buy) grain free tortillas (chebe bread makes a great tortilla). >*sandwiches for meals on the go See above. >*crackers I use Rice Crackers, but rice is a grain. You can make them though, with tapioca. >*thai peanut sauce over noodles Yam noodles? They sell them at Asian stores. Rice works for me too (Tinkyada, or Thai noodles). == Heidi Jean

You just dip them in warm water til they soften, lay them on a towel, and fill them with whatever and roll them up. They are like the wrappers you get with mooshu pork. -- Heidi Jean
Guest guest
The rice wrappers are nice but still grain. I get quite sick from grain and I'm thinking that can't be a healthy sign LOL! Elainie
Guest guest
Are there tapioca wrappers? Where do they sell them?I've never seen them before. Elainie

They are still starch, which bothers some people, but tapioca is considered very non-allergenic. Rice wrappers and tapioca wrappers come out the same, as near as I can tell. -- Heidi Jean

They are packaged just like the rice wrappers, you have to look at the ingredients to tell the difference. -- Heidi Jean
