Guest guest
Looks like Bob gleaned the relevance from pretty much the same sources as myself and more. Didn't see Metabolic Man, 10,000 Years from Eden there which helped me understand Wolcott better. Am GF and nearly dairy free now. Near Paleo.Wolcott and/or his editor may have taken the larger market, kinder, gentler diet approach with limiting grains instead of eliminating. Agree that an acid food can alkalinize some types and acidify others and vice versa. Acid/ alkaline ash outside the body can be bunk either way to about 50% of the people who eat it. Don't know specifically why myself other than the supplements found required for type, balance out the body processes and systems of the type along with the diet. There's type subdivisions within types too. Nutrigenomics, genetic diet looks like the most accurate. Wheather it bypasses the mechanism explanation, don't know.
