Guest guest
go go gadget deanna! ok. here's my thoughts: my naturopath muscle-tested a while back and said that my liver had stalled my weight loss. i wasn't gaining or losing for a while...so i started doing burdock and dandelion root tea and my liver got happier. and? i'm losing weight again, so there ya go. worth a try! it sounds to me like you should lay off the corn, chickie... i haven't had corn in SO long, i don't remember what it does to me, but i do remember that it often goes through undigested. that can't be good. as for poultry...we did have two dogs: one a sled dog and one a basset. both were hunting dogs and once the farm got going in full swing, they tried to eat the sheep and the piglets. we had to find them non-farm homes, which was terribly sad. however, the chickens do just fine with the cats, cause the chickens are big enough to hold their own against the cats (who are still pretty darned young). i think that if you get a dog as a little pup, and make sure your chickens are good sized before you get him, and be a big careful about the breed, you should be totally fine. around here everyone has farm dogs (mostly labs it seems) and they all seem to know better than to move beyond harassment of chickens. party! partypartypartyparty party!!
