constantly sick - any ideas

Hi all,

I have a friend with a 5 year old with autism who seems to be

constantly sick.

He's virtually been sick since August, with virus after virus, just

wanting to sleep and with a temperature on and off all this time. The

docs have been very unhelpful and just keep giving him antibiotics.

He's been GFCF with little difference, and his stomach is swollen by

the end of the day.

The family are having a really rough time with schooling issues and

his behaviour is getting very severe. They were under Breakspear,

but haven't seen many changes from a biomedical perspective and are

about to give up on biomed altogether. I don't feel qualified on the

immune front to give any advice, other than the usual immune boosting

supplements - but wonder if anybody has anything they could offer me

I could pass on. Also, any investigations you think might be

appropriate to ask the doc for.
