I have been taking Primal Defense for three weeks - can not say what

will be the final outcome but it has been quite a trip.

Dr. Rubin the developer of Primal Defense - was a physician who had

severe Crohn's disease. He recovered 100% from that with Westin Price

diet and Homeostatic Soil Organisms (HSO). He has a new book 'The

Maker's Diet'. His book and protocal are recommended by Dr. Mercola

who I always read.

The protocal for taking Primal Defense is slowly uping the dose over

a 12 day period (Dr. Rubin says so as to avoid a healing crisis and

or herksheimer(sp) reaction). Well fools walk in where angels fear to

tread - I took the full 12 cap dose the first day - big mistake -

by the following morning my belly was swollen and full of foul gas -

I had cramps for three days although I stopped the product. Then I

started back doing it according to instructions - a little gas from

time to time but nothing bad really - three weeks in I feel something

is happening - my constipation is definetely better - also I feel

something clearing in my mind - it's interesting - but as I said I do

not know where all of this is going. Report back in a month on this

subject.

I do think Dr. Rubin's theory of defeciency of soil based organisms

is one cause of leaky gut syndrome - and other intestinal disorders.

Worth reading about - I do not know his web site but it will be easy

to find.
