Thank you Rhona but Tom is a fussy eater and won't eat honey and he is

too ill to put in the bath today - his arm is in a cast anyway.

I am giving lots of vit C and CLO and normally give D and I cook with

coconut oil. I don't have monolaurin or siberian ginseng and this was an

emergency. Not sure if they'd be strong enough anyway. Do you think they

would? He's off his food and has even refused sausages!!! He's asleep

now and if he wakes later I'll try him with soup/ bone broth. He's

refusing juice but is sipping some water, probably not enough and

wouldn't contemplate ice cubes or lollies.

Sorry - I realise I'm sounding negative but that's the way he is and I'm

very grateful for your suggestions. I think I'll try to find a homeopath.

have you tried garlic? Maybe crushing some and filling a capsule or getting some freeze dried from nutricentre?

if he want swallow try cutting a clove in half and rubbing loads on soles of his feet

another natural antibacterial is propolis – try finding a tincture or caps locally (if he would swallow) or a propolis based cream and apply liberally to chest.
