Well I'm pleased to say that my first stock from the NT cookbook turned out

fabulously!

I cooked a plain old roaster chicken (from grocery store as I'm in that " use

what you've got " phase of eating healthier) and it made a beautifully flavored

gelatinous stock...yummy.

I did accidentally double the rice which soaked up most of the stock, but it

still tasted great.

Had to share.
