eat it with a spoon, or make coconut " candies " ...at first i didn't really

like eating it plain, and i still don't *love* it, but it's not bad....

Anja, you can just mix it with a spoon. I keep the VCO is in a glass

container right by the stove, so it stays rather soft, and is easy to mix

into the nut butter and honey.

Next time I'm at Trader Joe's I'll get some hazelnuts and try making butter

in my food processor like someone just suggested. Like Nutella. Have a

homemade recipe I can maybe adapt to more quality ingredients. Trader Joe's

has an incredibly good flavored sunflower seed butter with evaporated cane

juice I could easily become infatuated with.
