It has also worked well in coconut curry although if you use to much it is way to sweet and yet has a bitter taste at the same time. By the way, the plant leaves have a nice sweetness to them. Since I don't make or eat baked goods I have no idea how it would work there. As that's one of the flavors i dislike, I haven't done enything with the leaves. My mom grew Stevia at one time. I wonder if the plant is still alive.
