It has worked well for me in my kefir shakes. It has also worked well in

coconut curry although if you use to much it is way to sweet and yet has

a bitter taste at the same time. By the way, the plant leaves have a

nice sweetness to them. Since I don't make or eat baked goods I have no

idea how it would work there.

I hear the leaves have a licorice flavor to them. As that's one of

the flavors i dislike, I haven't done enything with the leaves. My

mom grew Stevia at one time. I wonder if the plant is still alive.
