It has also worked well in coconut curry although if you use to much it is way to sweet and yet has a bitter taste at the same time. By the way, the plant leaves have a nice sweetness to them. Since I don't make or eat baked goods I have no idea how it would work there. , I've been wanting a curry recipe with the flare of Nourishing Traditions. Do you have a recipe you can share?
