Taking it for longer can also really screw up your system.

Short term, as in several weeks. Ron told me to use it for 2-3 weeks then

stop. He said in his experience that's all it takes to get things back to

normal.

Cool. I don't have serious problems at the moment (at least not

attributable to specific obvious things), but there are enough that I like

to learn what I can if it ever gets worse down the road. Thanks. :)
