Where do y'all get your chicken feet for making broth? I've called

every butcher in town and no one sells chicken feet. Is there an

online source I can't find?

Thanks,

Did you try an asian market? I live in San Diego and there is a market

called Ranch 99 where they sell packages with about 12 feet in it. I just

separate the feet into different bags and freeze them. Then when I make

broth I just take a bag out of the freezer. I've been using two feet at a

time and my both has been coming out wonderful.

<<I've been told you need to " peel " them. How does one peel chicken feet?>>

Heidi... pour boiling water on the chicken feet and soak for a while... you

should be able to scrape/peel off the rough skin with a sharp knife.... I

remember my mother doing it when I was a child.
