indeed, that's true. or rather, this is what's true:

it's possible that the garlic can " burn " tender skin. that's why you oil

their feet up - that buffers against the garlic. in my experience, a child

has never remained in contact with the garlic long enough for the oil to

dry up and let the garlic actually touch the skin, so i've never actually

seen anyone with a " garlic burn " , but i do understand that it's possible.

also remember, the garlic must be cut to be beneficial - it's the juice

action that you want to be soaking in.

alternately, you could tincture or oil-infuse the garlic and use that as a

foot rub
