I've always been concerned about buying distilled water in plastic jugs

because the water is so " empty " it seems like it would take on more

impurities from the plastic. Just my theory. I've been distilling my own

water for years and as far as I know I'm not deficient in any minerals.

I've understood that the distilled water will pull out toxins that are

hanging around.

I have been looking at this also and ran across this: the purest water comes

from a combination of reverse osmosis to rid of formaldehyde and other

impurities AND exposure to ultraviolet light which kills microorganisms.

Guess what water meets these standards? Walmart's distilled water at 58cents

a gallon!!

I have not heard anything about distilled water pulling minerals out of the

body. I will be interested to hear if anyone else has. I have been putting a

pinch of celtic sea salt in my 20 oz water bottle. Here is a web site on the
