Changed the way I eat a tad over the last week.

After waking and having shower/stretching and some bodyweight exercise

movements

Ill have a handful of soaked almonds

Then a couple of times throughout the day will have more of them with 1

usually with a bit of pawpaw.

And last few days ive had the same dinner.

Chicken with chicken stock with a casserole style curry with lots of pumpkin

and sweet potato squares.

( 1 of them had a lamb kidney and 1 meal was also using beef strips )

And some pineapple on the side.

Ive got SO much energy and am SO alert I cant believe it

Also in this feeling of great it really makes you feel HAPPY.

My injury is improving quite well right now and this mass energy rush I have

I need to calm myself from doing to much ect.
