Guest guest
Thanks so much for posting this review of research, Gail. I wonder what ethics committee approves studies that involve torture of innocent human beings. I wonder if medical people in countries that cut the genitals of girls compare whether they cry less or have increased heart rates when their labia are removed with the help of Emla cream. How blind can we be that we allow this insanity to continue. BTW Canada has nowhere near a 48% rate. One province, Newfoundland, has a zero rate. My own province, B.C. has a 10% (est’d) rate.
