Wow! Thanks Deb! That looks like something my partner suffers

from! I might sneak in a cal/mag/zinc supplement to his regime and

see if he is able to relax more.

wow - this is really interesting!

ok, i'm going to guinea pig myself on this - i certainly seem to fit the

personality profile! ergo:

supplement calcium, magnesium, and zinc, and potentially copper. and

digestive aids

question: i prefer not to use pill-form supplements, but the level he wants

to see is pretty darned high, and i'm not sure it can be reasonably

achieved with food. (of course it's working against malabsorption here

too...) so does anyone have a particular <gluten-free> supplement of choice

for this?

question: digestive aids! again, i've tended to stick to probiotics: kefir

and lacto-ferments and the like. in this case, it might need more of a

boost - your supplement of choice here?

and adding to the stuff to put in the mouth, we've got

relaxation/meditation/yoga/sleep/etc. some of that can't be helped what

with a baby, but to the extent that it can, i'll work on that...

whee!

I think dried anchovies have a lot of minerals in them, tho of course

there are no guarantees of how much they have. That's one

advantage of supplements, you can tweak the dose.

I just take the pills from Costco as a supplement though. They are GF,

and cheap. Minerals are basically just elements, and tho there may

be some differences in absorption, they all seem to work for me

(when I don't get enough calcium/magnesium I get tetany within a day or two,

so I KNOW when they work!). Calcium, magnesium, zinc ... they are metals,

and not very fragile, so you don't have all those handling issues you have when

getting enzymes or probiotics.

Elsewhere on his site he has plans for making an FIR sauna, which is

supposed to be helpful.

Just in case anyone happened upon that part of the site and got

excited, here's a warning from someone on the WAPF chapter leaders

board:

The info and plans that this Dr recommends are scary and should not

be followed!

1st - cardboard is flammable and has all kinds of toxic glues etc ,

plywood has

all kinds of toxic stuff including formaldehyde - and 2nd the bulbs

are not far

infrared - they are near infrared and have been tested by others -

this is not

the same as far infrared. Rotate every few minutes? He doesn't know

what he's

talking about and this is dangerous.
