Where did you get your grits? Mine are almost gone. Haven't been able to

find in stores again. Google search found info on mills that just do grits

but no way to order other than Nora Mill granary

message they're out of business for world economic reasons. Did you say

before Bob's Red Mill gluten frees are not done in separate millers?

Thinking about masa for tortilla making and getting the tortilla baker you

have after seeing it in the King Arthur Flour catalog.

My grits are just grocery-store grits ... Alber's. They are in the cereal

section.

It's getting really difficult to import food because of the terrorist laws ...

at least

for small outfits. Some of the Canadian GF food places won't ship to the US now.

Somehow I think it's to benefit the large importers by driving the little guys

out.

If something from Bob's is marked " gluten free " then it's ok. But their corn

isn't

gluten free.

They sell masa in the Mexican section of most groceries around here. Also hominy

if you want to make your own.
