I've read that the reason people in China cook their vegetables was because

they fertilize with human manure a lot. They are afraid to eat raw

vegetables. I read that in a Chinese cookbook.

If I knew my next door neighbours poop could be on my vegetables I think id

be sandblast them and boil them real good :-)
