Looking at the Garden of Life web site they say they are using organic coconuts

and their discription of the processing method is

exactly the same as the way Tropical Traditions processes theirs. I have never

tried either, some people have said the TT VCO has a

sour after taste from the fermentation. Tastes really seem to vary in regards to

coconut oil. I like the deodorised oils such as

Omega and Tropical Traditions sells. The VCO is very coconuty for my taste.

Btw, mjh, could you please use the thread subject title or make your own up when

you reply to messages if you don't mind.

Your really not supposed to use the digest number as a title when posting in

these groups, bad nettiquette don't you know. : -)
