Guest guest
Sorry - maybe i wasn't clear in my question. I want to know more about how temps from dehydrating affect the nutritional value of what is being dehydrated. For example i would not buy certain oils that have been heated to x degrees - want to know more about temps and dehydrators. For example - if i go with a lower temp like 85 degrees am I going to get a dried product that won't last as well as one that has been cooked more? Seems like an obvious question but I have heard different view points. Where the dehydrator comes from and what I pay for it frankly is not an issue. My interest is in what it does and how it does it. Thanks!! -- Warm Regards, Bethanne Elion Animal Communicator Psychic Medium for Animals and People Nutrition for Cats and Dogs Vermont USA
Guest guest
According to raw food people I believe that around 103 degrees or somewhere around there is when the enzymes starting being destroyed from heat. Do some reading in the raw food arena and maybe you can find out more from the internet. Kayte food dehydrators - heat Sorry - maybe i wasn't clear in my question.
