All I can say is, if you like the crispy tail when you fry a trout, this is for you! I melted some coconut oil in a pan and fried about a cup of dried anchovies. Last time I didn't fry them long enough ... this time I let them go until they were nice and crispy, added some salt and pepper. They taste just like fried fish tail.
