Most green vegies are full of chlorphyll and minerals, and lutein and other stuff ... but I find it easiest to fill a big bowl with greens tossed with olive oil, garlic, turmeric, cayenne, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, homemade vinegar, top with some lox and olives maybe, and chew. I suppose I could put the whole thing in my juicer and just drink the juice, but it is so much more *satisfying* sitting in a nice big bowl, awaiting mastication ... <g>. Guest guest
I don t see anything positives. It is horrible !!! [ ] Re: garden of life perfect food > Hi > Why is chlorella so frowned upon here? I have read quite a few messages about kids regressing while using it, and one specific story stands out to me, about the child NOT improving when it was removed. Definitely watch your child for negative reactions, and stop giving it if that might be happening. Are you seeing any positives from using it?
