Well, ultimately, I think getting the body back in balance will solve all the problems. I'm trying not to micro-manage each issue too much and concentrate on getting my whole system in order. I think they all must be related in some way or another - there's so much interrelation of bodily systems, I can't imagine any of my issues having come about in isolation. > >Do you use a CRT or LCD monitor? I sit in front of TWO CRT monitors all day long - morning til night. Sometimes from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or so, with a few hours break during the day. I need two because of the nature of my work. I've heard about the EMF problem with CRTs and have been wanting to replace them, but the expense has kept me from doing so. I will see if I can at least find a used LCD to replace one of my monitors and see if that helps. > >But now this thing with my upper gut has me wondering even more about an >IgA allergy. Maybe you should try elimiating both? I went of gluten and cow casein a month ago. In that time I did see improvements in my hair (not falling out) and nails growing longer without chipping off, but I don't know if these are a result of something else - a cummulative effect of my diet/supp program, a recent liver flush, or what. I may next go off all dairy (except butter/ghee) and see if that helps. When I talked to Ron yesterday, he said that in his experience, if a person's reacting to a specific food (with bloating) then they often see immediate results when going off that food. I've been off gluten (which I only used to get in trace amounts in beer) and cow casein for over a month but am still bloated all the time. > >I've also had some achiness and for a long time have had problems with >tightness in my neck and shoulders. Me too! I see in another email to Heidi you mentioned urinating alot - that describes me to a " T " . Heidi also mentioned drinking a lot and still having a parched throat - that also describes me. I'm wondering if I should try the pepto 10 day diet... Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc. Web Design & Development http://members.bellatlantic.net/~vze3shjg Weston A.
