Guest guest
Hi, thanks to everyone for answering all my questions. I come from more of a veggie background and much of the stuff I read concentrated on the importance of food combining (eating fruit alone, don't mix protein and starches, etc.). I've had this so ingrained in me that this is the way you are suppost to eat that I'm having a hard time with NT since it pays no attention to food combining. What is the truth? The idea behind food combining is that protein and starches take different energies and enzymes to digest so when you eat them together the undigested food rots, ferments, and creates toxins in the bloodstream. So do you all eat your chicken and rice, or steak and potatoes and not worry about food combining? Thanks, Dani
