Hi Lauri,

I looked at the site and didn't see anywhere that it said I could sort by

item or symptom. Have you used it and can it do these things? I want to be

able to record what I eat daily and what symptoms I have each day, then be

able to track patterns. I don't want to count calories, which this software

seems geared to, but maybe it does other things that I didn't see.

Thanks Nina, I'm going to check that out. And thanks everyone who suggested

an Excel spreadsheet. I need to find someone to teach me how to make one, as

I haven't done it before, so wouldn't know how to do it without guidance.

I tried fitday. I really like it but it was too damn slow for me.
