Epsom Salt - be careful

Be very careful where you buy your Epsom Salt. Only uses a

trusted source. Almost all industrially harvested Epsom Salt contains mercury

(which means that you are carrying in mercury and other impurities through the

skin rather than taking it out – osmosis works both ways.) Many natural

Epsom salts contain other random heavy metals in the crystalline structure. The

only true way to know whether there is mercury in your Epsom salt is –

unfortunately – by testing the batch.
