Guest guest
I use it Natasa. DS isn't a big responder to anything, but do think we saw a boost with it. Do know others who saw good results with it, especially it seems, for kids doing better in the first place, kwim? There is excellent research on it for stroke victims. Really compelling stuff. Easy to dose, although expensive, but just one dose a day in the morning. Guest guest
Thanks Anita. Do you get the Jarrow one? Does it come in those huge gel caps (like phosphcholine)? nx I use it Natasa. Guest guest
We used it, didn't see anything special with it. Due to the expense, IMO, better to stick with regular phosphatidylcholine or lecithin. GPC choline superior for cognitive function Has anyone heard or used this as supplementhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choline_alfoscerateIt is supposed to be over the counter in US only but nutricentre does show it on their siteNatasa

Guest guest
Hi Natasa, I get the American Biologics (from the States, clean expect for the ubiquitous mag stearate, 300 mgs). It is a powder in a capsule, which is why I find it easy to dose. When I used to buy the phosphatidylcholine in those huge gel caps DS rarely got any of it and my fingers were at great risk! Even now, with PC in the bottle, it is one of the grosser liquid supps but at least I don't waste it/dismember myself. Anita > > > Thanks Anita. Do you get the Jarrow one? Guest guest
We hoped it would boost short term/working memory and cognition but almost imediately we got very aggressive physical behaviour particularly at school ie when he was most stressed. We also felt grapseed extract exacerbated these problems. looking back it may be that he had very high histamine levels and salicilate intolerance at the time. Inositol was then suggested to us by Dorfman (DAN Nutritionist) as an alternative - we didn't see any gains but are now retrying this for other reasons. We also tried Piracetam - again on DAN advice for memory but again with no gains and some negatives.
