RE: using NSAIDs (was: Pepto)

....it's' my understanding that if you HAVE to use NSAIDs that you can

counter their gut-wrecking effects by also taking NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine),

500mg per dose of NSAID(?). My dh uses ThioNAC from Jarrow for this

purpose. You may want to try www.iHerb.com for a source if you can't find

it " near you " ... (I'm just a satisfied customer!)

I can't recall which health newsletter or source I found this tidbit in,

perhaps Mercola??

also, I would like to remind folks to PLEASE alter the subject line when the

subject of a thread changes. With the message volume we are enjoying, we

I had success with the diet for over a year but now the feet have

been swollen and inflamed for a while now. Feels like walking on

broken or badly sprained feet all the time. Having to take NSAID's

now which I know will be detroying my gut. Any ideas for helping
