Suze- for about 2-3 cups of mixture, I'm using a tab. of raw honey. I find I

can use less because

I'm also adding coconut cream to the mixture.

just keep working the sugar down. for that much " other stuff " i wouldn't

even use 1 tbsp honey, but ya know. you work down to that. now any more

tastes toooooo sweet :)

Well, Ori would probably say not to eat fats during the day at all,

but the MCT in coconut oil keeps my metabolism high. I don't

worry about that little bit of sweet ... Ori said something about

sugar in your coffee probably wouldn't make any difference

one way or another, which I agree with ... and the artificial

sweeteners are worse for a person, IMO (or at least they taste

lousy).
