J&J Postpartum Compendium promised from the 2005 AWHONN Meeting

Wondering if any of you have received your free book that we swiped our card for at the AWHONN conference a year ago. I emailed them again last week (my 4th or 5th email since last October when the book was promised to us) and they are refusing 3 times to mail me my book, saying that they have no record of me requesting it!!! I watched the AWHONN staff member swipe my card-she did it for me because my hands were full! I'm pissed!
