How much honey or other sweetner do you put in for each cup of other stuff? I've been having a couple during the undereating phase and a couple after dinner. I'm not sure if there's too much honey though to make it stimulate insulin during the undereating phase. I put about 4 Tbsp. honey to about 3.25-3.5 cups of other stuff in my last batch. I'm not really interested in other sweetners, and you couldn't pay me to use stevia, which tastes like aspartame to me :-( Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc.
