Stevia's funny. I've only managed to use it successfully to sweeten

drinks. Baked goods and the coconut candies always seems to come out

bitter. I can't decide if I'm using too much of it (easily done at

300X sweetness of sugar) or if it reacts to the almond flour somehow!
